All text, photos, logos and graphics are owned by Promised Land or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

Prices shown as “starting at” or similar are estimates meant to give you a general idea of cost. They are not offers and do not obligate us to perform work at that price. Every property is different: the price, scope and schedule for your project are set only by a written quote or contract agreed to by both of us, which governs over anything on this site.

When you upload photos with a quote request, you confirm that you took them or otherwise have the right to share them, and that you have permission from anyone who appears in them. You give us permission to use the photos to evaluate, plan and perform the work you asked about. We will not publish them without your separate permission.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components. Any warranty for landscaping work is set out in your written contract, not on this site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promised Land and its owners and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Maryland law, or any obligation under a signed contract for landscaping services.

The site may link to or embed content from other companies, such as videos hosted on YouTube or Vimeo, our social media pages and the sign-in service used by our team. Address suggestions and the “Where we work” map come from Google Maps Platform (https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/terms and https://policies.google.com/privacy). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

We may update these terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
